5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and industry best practices, The New Africa Post reserves the right to terminate access to services for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
6. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the material removed or disabled and its location prior to removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action against you within ten (10) business days.
